Outbound for people who build

Buyers found.
Emails written.
You hit send.

You can build a product in a weekend. Then it sits there, because sending the first email means finding the right people, guessing their address, and writing something that isn't embarrassing. That is a different job entirely, and it is the one that never gets done.

GTM for One does that job. Type your domain. Get back people who plausibly want this, their real email addresses, and a personal message to each one. Read them, change what you want, hit send.

Nothing sends without you. No call with a sales team, because you are the sales team now.

nothing sends without you

The hard part was never the writing.
It was starting.

Outbound stalls at the same place every time: a blank list. Not the tooling, not the copy. The list. GTM for One takes it from a domain to a stack of finished emails, and hands you back the only decision that was ever really yours.

Not ten thousand AI emails. One right person per company, one message worth reading.

How it works

Six stages. You appear in the last one.

  1. 01

    It reads your site

Crawls your product, works out what you actually sell and to whom, and finds who else sells it. You confirm or correct it once, then never again for that product.

  2. 02

    It defines who buys

Five or six real buyer segments, defined by situation and need rather than company size. Each one gets its own angle, so the emails genuinely differ.

  3. 03

    It finds them

A 37.5 million company index plus semantic web search, ranked for fit before a single credit is spent. Then the decision-makers inside each company.

  4. 04

    It finds their email

Six providers in a waterfall, cheapest first, stopping at the first verified hit. Then every address passes double-layer verification before sending, catch-all domains included, so bounces never burn your domain.

  5. 05

    It writes every email

One per company, to a named human wherever one exists. Signed with your name, which is the single thing the writer is forbidden to invent.

  6. 06

    You read them and send

Nothing leaves until you approve it. Then it sends slowly, from your own mailboxes, handling replies, bounces and opt-outs on the way.

Also in the box

The machinery a sales team would have.

None of this is an add-on. Every plan runs on the same pipeline.

Parallel campaigns

Every product you own can campaign at the same time. Close the laptop; runs carry on and resume if interrupted.

Sender email rotation

Campaigns send from multiple mailboxes with daily caps and spacing, so no single inbox trips spam filters or burns its reputation.

Unified inbox

Every reply from every mailbox lands in one stream, matched to its campaign and filterable by product. You never miss a reply.

Self-stopping follow-ups

Sequences continue on their own and stop forever the moment someone replies, bounces or opts out. Persistent, never annoying.

CSV list import

Drop in StoreLeads, Sales Navigator, Apollo or any CSV. The format is recognised automatically and your lists join the pipeline.

One-time product research

A product is studied once. Every later campaign for it skips straight to choosing who to reach.

Double-layer verification

Nothing sends until the address is proven real.

Every bounce lands on your domain's reputation, and one bad week of bounces can put everything you send in spam for months. So every address passes two independent checks before a single email leaves.

  • 01

The mailbox is confirmed to exist, at the server level, not guessed from a pattern.

  • 02

The hard cases get a specialist. Catch-all domains, the addresses ordinary verifiers give up on, go through a second layer built for exactly them.

An address that fails is never sent to. Not flagged. Not risked. Removed.

Safeguards

Four things it will never do.

Your name signs every message and your domain carries the reputation. A tool that can embarrass you once is a tool you stop trusting, so the limits are built into the structure, not offered as settings.

  • 01

It will not send without you.

Every message waits for approval. There is no autopilot and there will not be one. The product exists to get you to press send, not to press it for you.

  • 02

It will not chase someone who replied.

Follow-ups stop the moment a human answers, an address bounces, or anyone opts out. The do-not-email list is stored as hashes, so it can never become a mailing list.

  • 03

It will not invent things about a stranger.

The writer is barred from inventing metrics, customers, funding or press. It cannot claim you used their product or even saw their site. Personal, and still true.

  • 04

It will not sell you data.

GTM for One is automation, not a list. We do not sell data and we do not resell yours.

Questions

Asked before buying.

Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us and a person replies.

How is this different from Instantly or Smartlead?

Those tools assume you arrive with a list and copy, and they send it. The hard part is arriving with the list. This starts from your domain: it works out what you sell, who buys it, finds those people and their addresses, and writes each email. Sending is the last step, not the product.

Where do the emails send from?

Your own mailboxes, connected in settings. We never lend you a domain or a warmed inbox, because reputation you rent disappears with the rental. Daily caps, spacing between sends, and automatic pausing of failing mailboxes are built in.

Will it spam people?

It is built to make that hard. One email per company, low daily caps, a working one-click opt-out in every footer, and a permanent do-not-email list that stops sequences the moment anyone replies, bounces, or unsubscribes. There is no tracking pixel and no autopilot.

Do I need my own data or API keys?

No. Plans include the research, the company index, email finding and writing. You bring a product and a mailbox. If you already own lists, CSV import folds them in.

What counts against my monthly quota?

People reached: each new contact we find, verify and write to uses one. Follow-ups to that person are free, and so is hitting send, because the last thing outreach needs is a meter on persistence or on the moment you finally commit.

Will the emails bounce?

Almost never, by design. Every address passes two independent verification layers before anything sends: an SMTP check first, then a specialist service that resolves catch-all domains, the addresses ordinary verifiers give up on. An address that fails is never sent to. Bounces land on your domain reputation, so we treat them as our failure, not yours.

What happens when someone replies?

The sequence for that person stops immediately and the reply lands in your inbox view. They also go on the do-not-email list, so no later campaign of yours can cold-email them again.

Type your domain.
Read what comes back.
