Terms of service
The short version: GTM for One automates outreach you are responsible for. You bring your own provider keys and your own mailbox, you approve every message, and you carry the obligations of a sender.
What the service is
GTM for One researches a website, identifies buyer segments, sources companies and people, resolves email addresses through providers you connect, drafts messages, and sends the ones you approve from mailboxes you supply. It is a tool that acts on your instruction.
You are the sender
Every message goes from your domain, your mailbox and your name. In law you are the sender, and the obligations are yours: CAN-SPAM in the United States, GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK, CASL in Canada, and their equivalents elsewhere. GTM for Onebuilds in the mechanics (accurate sender identity, a working opt-out, your postal address in every footer, and permanent global suppression) but it cannot judge whether your message is relevant to the person receiving it. That judgement is yours.
Bring your own keys
Enrichment, search and LLM providers are connected with your credentials and billed to your accounts. You are bound by each provider's terms. In particular, several forbid redistributing their data; using them through GTM for One does not change that, and GTM for One does not grant you rights to any provider's data.
Approval is required, and it is yours
Nothing is sent without your explicit approval. Approving a message means you have read it and take responsibility for it. Drafts are machine-written and can be wrong: review them. Approving a batch without reading it is a choice you are making, and the consequences are yours.
Deliverability
You supply the sending domain and mailboxes, and their reputation is yours to protect. GTM for One enforces the rails: daily caps, jittered spacing, pool rotation, suppression, and automatic pausing of failing mailboxes. But it does not warm domains and cannot guarantee delivery, inbox placement, replies or results. Sending fast from a cold domain will burn it, and that outcome is not a defect in the service.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Breaching it ends your access without refund.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. It depends on third-party providers that can fail, rate-limit or change terms without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, damaged sender reputation, or consequential loss.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put in and everything the service produces for you. You grant only the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. We do not use your campaign content to train models.
Ending it
You may stop at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that creates legal risk for the service or its other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
