GTM for One handles other people's contact details on your behalf, so these documents describe the system that actually runs, not a template. If something here does not match what the product does, the document is the thing that is wrong.
Privacy→What personal data passes through the system, where it comes from, how long it stays, and the legal basis for processing it.Terms of service→The agreement for using the product, including who is responsible for the messages you send.Acceptable use→What you may not send through the product.
